A mechanical parking device that uses a lift or a pitching mechanism to access the vehicle. 2-4 floors are set on the height, and each floor is equipped with a vehicle carrier plate. A whole frame is used to fix the position of the vehicle carrier plate. Through the lifting movement of the whole frame, the vehicle carrier plate of the corresponding floor is moved to the level with the ground to achieve vehicle access.
